Le gîte

The house offers a very welcoming and spacious living environment. On the ground floor, you will find a guest WC, a chef-style open-plan kitchen equipped with a range cooker, microwave oven, steam cooker, large refrigerator, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, and dishwasher. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a beautiful living room, and a stunning cathedral-style sitting room featuring a wood-burning stove and an impressive library.
Also on the ground floor is the Pivoine Bedroom, which includes an additional comfortable bed and an en-suite shower room with private WC.
Upstairs, reached via an elegant wrought-iron staircase, are two further bedrooms:
- The Hydrangea Bedroom, with a 180 x 200 cm bed, an additional 190 x 90 cm bed, and an en-suite shower room with private WC.
- The Rose Bedroom, with a 160 x 200 cm bed, an additional 190 x 90 cm bed, and an en-suite shower room with private WC.
Also upstairs, a mezzanine area features two high-quality twin beds (80 x 200 cm each), which can be joined to form a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. This room does not have its own shower room but may share the bathroom of the adjacent Rose Bedroom. The mezzanine is equipped with a smart TV and a DVD player.
Please note that the 18 m x 3.5 m swimming pool is shared with the guest house and the owners.

Mid Season & Christmas Holidays
From April 1 to June 30 and from September 1 to September 31 : 360 € per night / 6 guests
High Season
From July 1 to August 31: 390 € per night / 6 guests
Extra Beds
Up to 5 additional beds (190 x 90 cm) can be added:
- €30 per adult per night
- €20 per child (ages 4–17) per night
Optional Gourmet Breakfast
- €15 per adult
- €7 per child
(Breakfast is served either in the living room or outdoors.)
Accessibility
Please note that only the Pivoine Bedroom, located on the ground floor, can be accessed without steps, which may be appreciated by guests with reduced mobility. However, the house features original doors measuring approximately 70 cm in width and therefore does not comply with current wheelchair accessibility standards.
